About The Position

Cottage Health seeks a Patient Access Lead for their CH Patient Access department responsible for supporting the Patient Access staff regarding complex questions and account issue resolution. Mentors and coaches peers by providing hands on workflow guidance. Works directly with patients’ physicians, and payor representatives to provide information and resolve issues in a highly responsive manner. Functions as a team lead for assisted area of Patient Access Services and provides on call coverage during assigned weekend shift.
