Requirements
- Active CPA (Texas or reciprocity)
- 10+ years of progressive tax compliance/consulting experience
- Strong experience with partnership taxation, Subchapter K, and US GAAP
- Public accounting background required (Big 4/Top 15 preferred)
- Leadership and client management experience
Nice To Haves
- Experience with partnership structuring, entity formation, and M&A
Responsibilities
- Lead complex partnership tax compliance and consulting engagements.
- Oversee client projects.
- Review partnership tax returns.
- Advise on Subchapter K matters.
