We are hiring a Partnership Tax Senior Manager to lead complex partnership tax compliance and consulting engagements. This role will oversee client projects, review partnership tax returns, advise on Subchapter K matters, support tax planning strategies, mentor teams, and contribute to business development.
Requirements
- Active CPA (Texas or reciprocity)
- 10+ years of progressive tax compliance/consulting experience
- Strong experience with partnership taxation, Subchapter K, and US GAAP
- Public accounting background required (Big 4/Top 15 preferred)
- Leadership and client management experience

- Experience with partnership structuring, entity formation, and M&A
