Partnership Manager, Channel Partnership

TabsNew York, NY
Onsite

About The Position

Channel partnerships is one of our highest-impact growth levers. We're looking for someone to own it. We have an established partner base, a proven referral motion, and a clear playbook for what works. You're a builder who can take this foundation and scale it: dramatically improving activation rates, expanding our ecosystem, and building the commercial motions that will define the next phase of our growth. This is a quota-carrying role with real ownership. You'll manage a portfolio of channel partner relationships, deepening engagement with existing partners, continuously sourcing new ones, and responsible for converting those relationships into consistent, high-quality pipeline. You'll have a genuine seat at the table, shaping how we engage partners, operate more efficiently, and leverage AI to raise the bar for the entire team.

Requirements

  • Commercially driven and comfortable owning hard numbers — you treat pipeline and revenue targets as personal commitments, not guidance.
  • A high-touch relationship builder who understands the patience that partnerships require and the discipline needed to stay top of mind across a broad portfolio.
  • Tech-savvy and product-curious — you can quickly translate complex product capabilities into clear, audience-specific value propositions.
  • AI-forward and always looking for ways to use new tools to work smarter, move faster, and increase impact.
  • A strategic thinker who can map complex partner ecosystems to clear, executable plans.
  • Highly collaborative, low ego, and coachable — you thrive in cross-functional environments and have strong stakeholder management instincts.
  • A builder at heart who is excited to help shape and grow a function at a fast-moving company.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in partnerships, business development, sales, consulting, fintech, B2B SaaS, or related operator roles.
  • Proven track record in a quota-carrying or commercially accountable role, ideally with responsibility for pipeline generation, partner activation, or revenue contribution.
  • Experience in high-growth or early-stage B2B SaaS or fintech is strongly preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in Accounting Advisory Firms or existing relationships within the Accounting Advisory ecosystem are a plus.
  • Understanding of revenue operations, contract-to-cash workflows, billing infrastructure, or finance systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own quarterly revenue targets for the channel — build and manage a portfolio of partner relationships with the goal of engaging net-new partners each quarter and increasing referral consistency from existing ones.
  • Drive step-change growth in the partner channel by identifying opportunities to scale efficiently, including leveraging AI and automation to increase output and improve performance.
  • Lead partner engagement through product education, market context, and co-developing how partners identify and position high-quality opportunities.
  • Maintain end-to-end visibility on partner-sourced deals, proactively identifying risks and stepping in at key moments to improve conversion outcomes.
  • Use data to guide investment decisions — spot what's working, what's not, and adjust accordingly.
  • Translate partner and market feedback into actionable product direction, helping shape roadmap priorities and improve product-market fit.
  • Represent the company within your partner ecosystem, building credibility through industry events, forums, and partner-led environments.
