About The Position

The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced Category or Channel Development Manager to join our high performing team in Rhodes, Sydney. In this role, you will drive our category growth across our retail and eCommerce sales channels (for the Medicated Confectionery category) by leading and developing strategies and maintaining and building exceptional relationships with our external key customers. A day in the life… As a Channel Development Manager, you will: • Shape and execute the channel and execution strategy for the medicated confectionery category for retail and eCommerce channels using data-driven insights to drive growth, improve conversion, and enhance category performance.• Responsible for the delivery of category insights and layout recommendations for Medicated Confectionery category for all retailers and channels in the Australian market.• Leverage analytics and forecasting tools to identify opportunities, anticipate trends, and inform omni-channel recommendations.• Collaborate cross-functionally to build and align on the online and offline execution plan.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Category Management or Channel Management, with a strong background in sales or a similar role.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and thrive within a matrixed organisational structure.
  • Proficiency with digital shelf and retail analytics tools, including NielsenIQ.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a genuine passion for driving growth in retail and eCommerce channels.
