DocAccess is CivicPlus’s purpose-built accessibility solution that automatically generates accessible transcripts of PDF documents, helping local governments meet ADA compliance requirements and WCAG 2.1 AA standards. The Partnerships Manager, DocAccess will play a highly visible, cross-functional role responsible for building, managing, and scaling our partner ecosystem to accelerate growth for this product. This is not just a relationship management role. It is a commercial, operational, and strategic position that sits at the center of revenue growth, partner experience, and product evolution. The right person will combine strong sales and business acumen with organizational excellence, sound judgment, and enough technical fluency to navigate partnership evaluations, support questions, and product discussions with confidence. We are looking for an independent, highly organized, and commercially minded partnerships leader to own and evolve the partner motion for DocAccess end to end — from onboarding and enablement through ongoing performance management, issue resolution, and expansion. You will serve as the connective tissue between external partners and internal teams across Sales, Product, Customer Success, Support, Operations, Marketing, and Leadership.
