Partnership Manager

CivicPlus, LLC
$119,000 - $181,000

About The Position

DocAccess is CivicPlus’s purpose-built accessibility solution that automatically generates accessible transcripts of PDF documents, helping local governments meet ADA compliance requirements and WCAG 2.1 AA standards. The Partnerships Manager, DocAccess will play a highly visible, cross-functional role responsible for building, managing, and scaling our partner ecosystem to accelerate growth for this product. This is not just a relationship management role. It is a commercial, operational, and strategic position that sits at the center of revenue growth, partner experience, and product evolution. The right person will combine strong sales and business acumen with organizational excellence, sound judgment, and enough technical fluency to navigate partnership evaluations, support questions, and product discussions with confidence. We are looking for an independent, highly organized, and commercially minded partnerships leader to own and evolve the partner motion for DocAccess end to end — from onboarding and enablement through ongoing performance management, issue resolution, and expansion. You will serve as the connective tissue between external partners and internal teams across Sales, Product, Customer Success, Support, Operations, Marketing, and Leadership. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, adapts quickly as priorities shift, and is energized by building structure where it does not yet exist. At CivicPlus, we strive to bring our company vision to life through innovation and collaboration. Supported by approachable leadership and transparent communication, we're empowered to make an impact on local government and the residents they serve. Grow your career alongside great people, where authenticity is welcome, successes are celebrated, and potential is nurtured.

  • Support business cases for new partnerships, including strategic fit, expected impact, operational complexity, and resource requirements.
  • Help define the overall partner strategy for DocAccess as the ecosystem evolves.
  • Work closely with Sales to align on co-sell motions, partner-sourced opportunities, and revenue goals.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Support to resolve partner-related issues and improve the partner and end-customer experience.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on partner communications, enablement materials, announcements, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Act as a strong internal advocate for Product, surfacing partner feedback and helping shape requirements for features, dashboards, workflows, and partner-facing functionality.
  • Bring enough technical fluency to understand product capabilities, ask strong questions during partner evaluations, and navigate common technical or implementation-related discussions with credibility.
  • Translate partner questions and needs into clear, actionable internal next steps.
  • Work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to move issues forward and keep momentum high.
