About The Position

SCHEELS is currently seeking a full-time Partnership Manager for our Fargo, ND Corporate Office. This visionary leader will define the future of SCHEELS youth sports programming company-wide. Managing a multimillion-dollar budget, you will work hand-in-hand with local marketing teams across 30+ markets to bring impactful partnerships to life. This role requires a strategic relationship-builder who can blend SCHEELS culture with high-level negotiation and measurable marketing success.

Nice To Haves

  • Ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field, and 5+ years of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Define and Execute the comprehensive, company-wide strategic vision for SCHEELS Youth Sports Partnerships, establishing the performance benchmarks and best practices across all 30+ markets
  • Lead Strategic Growth by developing and implementing all new youth sports partnership strategies for every new SCHEELS location, ensuring deep community integration from the foundation up
  • Oversee a Multimillion-Dollar Budget , including all contract negotiation and asset maximization to ensure a measurable, positive return on investment (ROI)
  • Serve as the Primary Leader and Company-wide Liaison for local SCHEELS teams, guiding and scaling the effective execution of hundreds of youth sports programs across all SCHEELS markets
  • Cultivate Deep, Relational Partnerships with key youth sports organizations, moving beyond transactional sponsorships to build long-term loyalty and goodwill
  • Maximize Partnership Value by collaborating with local partners to strategically integrate SCHEELS messaging and leverage audience reach to drive measurable business objectives
  • Own the Youth Sports CRM Strategy , leading all acquisition tactics, data measurement, and reporting initiatives to inform strategic decisions
  • Manage the Inquiry Process for all prospective youth partnership proposals, functioning as the primary point of contact to determine strategic viability and outline next steps for review
  • Deliver Executive-Level Updates and presentations to store marketing teams and leadership, providing actionable industry insights and winning strategies
  • Proven experience managing large-scale sponsored programs with a creative mindset for developing and activating new concepts
  • Exceptional organizational skills, self-motivation, and time management necessary to ensure timely, precise execution and drive continuous improvement
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation ability, to effectively engage internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Highly collaborative work style, and open to constructive feedback to drive consistent improvement
  • Ability to travel approximately 15-20 days per year
