About The Position
The Senior Manager - Partner Management role is within the Membership Portfolio Services team, which is part of the US Consumer Services Business at American Express. This team is responsible for developing and scaling growing businesses that are strategically important to American Express. The role focuses on strengthening the Membership Model by connecting Card Members with Merchants to drive growth. The position reports to the Director, Product Line Strategy & Partnerships and will be the primary relationship owner for Amex Offers' strategic third-party partnerships, including Rakuten, Cardlytics, and the Smart Offers portfolio. The leader will be responsible for maximizing the value of existing partnerships through strong relationship management, commercial execution, operational excellence, and cross-functional leadership, while also supporting the evaluation of future partnership opportunities.
