Requirements

  • Deep, hands-on experience with Google Search, with a strong understanding of campaign builds, optimization, and performance management.
  • Proven ability to manage and optimize complex Paid Search accounts, ideally within an agency or multi-client environment.
  • Strong client-facing experience, including leading calls, presenting performance, and building trust with stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders, staying organized and effective in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience guiding or mentoring team members, providing direction and feedback to support strong execution.
  • Confidence operating both strategically and tactically, with the ability to step into execution as needed.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate performance, insights, and next steps.

Responsibilities

  • Own performance and execution across a set of high-impact Paid Search accounts, including enterprise-level clients such as Thermo Fisher and The Home Depot.
  • Lead day-to-day account management, ensuring campaigns are optimized effectively and performance goals are met.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, leading calls, presenting performance, and translating client needs into clear direction for the team.
  • Provide guidance and oversight to team members, ensuring high-quality execution, strong QA practices, and consistent delivery across accounts.
  • Balance multiple workstreams and stakeholders, managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with analytics, strategy, and other media teams to ensure cohesive performance and alignment across channels.
  • Step into hands-on execution when needed, maintaining a strong pulse on the work and ensuring continuity across accounts.
