We are seeking a strategic and proactive Manager of Paid Search to lead SEM strategy, performance, and manage a portfolio of DTC and ecommerce clients. This role oversees end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of paid search initiatives across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and emerging platforms. The ideal candidate is comfortable digging into data, guiding client conversations, and working collaboratively with a growing team of SEM Managers and Analysts. You will be responsible for driving client success, evaluating new opportunities, and continuously improving L//S Group’s SEM practice.
