The Paid Search Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management, performance, and strategic direction of paid search programs across key client accounts. This role requires hands-on expertise across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Search Ads 360, with ownership of campaign planning, execution, optimization, pacing, reporting, and client communication. The ideal candidate can manage client business with a high degree of autonomy while also contributing to broader account strategy, developing strong client relationships, mentoring junior team members, and driving measurable business results. This person should bring both tactical excellence and strategic thinking, with a strong understanding of how to improve campaign efficiency, lead quality, conversion performance, and return on ad spend.
