About The Position

The Senior Manager, Operations - Operations Capability leads the integrated execution and modernization of Marketplace learning across Program Management, Instructional Design, Facilitation, Learning Operations, and Innovation. This role builds a global hub-and-spoke learning model, establishing scalable standards and core capabilities while enabling effective regional and BPO execution. The Senior Manager translates business strategy into an integrated learning portfolio, strengthens operating discipline, and leads cross-functional teams to improve associate readiness and performance. With a technology-forward mindset, this leader advances AI-enabled learning, automation, and modern learning solutions that increase speed, quality, scalability, and measurable business impact across Seller Support and Risk Operations.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership of complex learning, operations, or capability functions across multiple teams and disciplines.
  • Strong business acumen with experience translating strategy into scalable operating models, portfolios, and measurable outcomes.
  • Deep program and portfolio management capability, including prioritization, capacity planning, risk, and dependency management.
  • Experience leading managers and building high-performing, accountable teams.
  • Strong stakeholder influence and cross-functional leadership across business, Product, Technology, Operations, and external partners.
  • Data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Experience modernizing learning through technology, AI, automation, and global delivery models.
  • Ability to lead effectively through ambiguity, growth, and organizational change.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 3 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.
  • 1 year’s supervisory experience.
