You will play a key role in shaping the future of a world-class manufacturing operation and leave a lasting impact on its success. This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday with flexible hours, based in Longueuil, and performed exclusively on-site. You will play a key role in driving the growth and performance of operational activities through business development initiatives supported by strong technical expertise. Working within a matrix organization, you will lead the development and implementation of strategies aligned with the company’s operational objectives, manufacturing roadmap, and business priorities. You will lead the preparation of business cases supported by rigorous technical and financial analysis. You will collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and program management teams to ensure the successful execution of operational growth initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision, strong analytical capabilities, and hands-on experience in a manufacturing and technical environment, enabling them to provide actionable recommendations that enhance the organization’s efficiency, productivity, and competitiveness. The selected candidate will be required to complete a criminal background check and any applicable clearances with respect to the handling and transfer of controlled goods.
