Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 4-6 years of leadership experience in healthcare operations, Specialty Pharmacy, or Patient Access
- Strong people leadership skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing operational performance
- Experience managing KPIs
- Experience managing process improvement initiatives
- Data-driven mindset
- Proficiency in Excel
- Proficiency in Power BI
- Proficiency in reporting tools
