Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 4-6 years of leadership experience in healthcare operations, Specialty Pharmacy, or Patient Access
- Strong people leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing operational performance, KPIs, and process improvement initiatives
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and reporting tools
