About The Position

Life360 is hiring a strategy and corporate development practitioner to lead analysis that informs the company’s next stage of growth, including international expansion, new business adjacencies, and potential acquisitions or investments. The role works on a lean Strategy & Corporate Development team, directly with the VP of Corporate Development and alongside senior leaders. It frames strategic questions, builds financial and valuation models, develops recommendations, and carries the work into live acquisitions and investments. The role also builds and deploys AI agents to help the team identify and track potential targets and conduct repeatable target analysis. Work is presented to the VP of Corporate Development and the executive team. In the first year, the role is expected to lead two strategic analyses from initial framing through executive recommendations; identify and recommend one international and one adjacent acquisition candidate; catalyze the development of the team’s first AI agents; and own analytical workstreams on acquisitions and strategic investments. Deal work includes market sizing, operating and valuation models, and diligence analysis in partnership with finance, legal, and product. Life360 is remote-first, and positions can be performed remotely within the US unless otherwise specified.
