The Senior Solution Consulting Manager leads a team of talented, high‑impact Solution Consultants responsible for driving technical wins across complex B2B sales cycles. This role owns the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of pre‑sales execution and ensures Solution Consulting functions as a force multiplier for Sales. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who has run pre‑sales motions at scale, coached senior talent, and partnered closely with Sales, Product, and Channel leaders to close enterprise‑level deals. The Senior Solution Consulting Manager owns the performance, readiness, and impact of the Solution Consulting (SC) organization in support of revenue growth. This leader is accountable for pre‑sales execution, technical win‑rate, demo quality, and cross‑functional alignment across Direct Sales, Channel Sales, Product, Product Marketing and Customer Experience teams. This role is not a people‑only manager. It is an operating leader who sets standards, coaches for outcomes, and ensures Solution Consulting is a competitive advantage in every deal. The Senior Manager will work cross-functionally, engaging in enterprise-level initiatives and ensuring consistent, high-impact solutions where Solutions Consulting is recognized and leveraged as a strategic differentiator—not a just a sales support function.
