As the Senior Manager, Performance Marketing Operations, this role will oversee the project management function, manage and optimize Workfront as the team’s primary project management system, and establish scalable processes that improve speed-to-market, visibility, stakeholder alignment, and execution quality. The Senior Manager will partner closely with Strategy, Creative, MarTech, Analytics, Digital, and business stakeholders to ensure complex, high-volume work is effectively managed from intake through delivery while maintaining alignment to business priorities, campaign goals, and departmental KPIs. This role requires a strong operational leader with deep project management expertise, the ability to manage competing priorities across a matrixed organization, and a continuous improvement mindset. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, process-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable influencing cross-functional teams while building structure in a fast-paced, high-volume marketing environment.
