About The Position

You’ll own revenue growth on drinknello.com across all paid advertising mediums, with a primary focus on paid across Meta, TikTok Ads, TikTok Shop, and any other paid channels. This role will require extensive expertise in paid advertising, CRO, performance creative, affiliate & more. You’ll work alongside media buyers, creative strategist(s), video editors, and work closely with our entire marketing team to achieve your vision and to drive results. You'll be reporting directly into our EVP of Marketing.

Requirements

5+ years in performance marketing, with emphasis on paid media, CRO, landing pages, creative etc — with at least 2 years in DTC consumer products (food & beverage or wellness a plus).
A proven track record of a subscription DTC brand you've scaled with significant ad spend
Fluent in the paid social metrics that matter — thumb stop, watch time, CTR, CPA/ROAS — and comfortable letting data overrule your taste.
Experienced managing UGC creators, influencers, or affiliate content programs end to end.
Scrappy and hands-on: comfortable making things yourself when speed matters, not just delegating.
Familiarity with creative analytics platforms (e.g., Motion/Atria) and TikTok Shop’s affiliate ecosystem.
Strong project management experience on platforms like ClickUp (ClickUp-specific preferred).
Experience with AI creative tooling (image/video generation, AI voiceover, avatar video

Responsibilities

The growth of the Nello subscription business on drinknello.com
Manage and scale paid media across Meta, Google, Tiktok, Youtube etc
Own the end-to-end funnel: Listicles, Ads, Landing pages, Upsells etc
Assist with creative testing, messaging, and performance insights alongside performance creative lead
Support the content strategy that drives paid engine. Work with content creators, & our performance creative lead
Drive CRO, landing page experiments, and website optimization
Own attribution, reporting, forecasting, & budgeting
