The Senior Manager of Learning and Development plays a key role in Urban Plates’ ongoing growth and expansion. This position will collaborate with Operations to develop, build, and manage the learning functions for Urban Plates. This position focuses on the continuous development, management and improvement of training programs, systems, and processes for Team Members and Managers using an array of creative approaches and technology (LMS) which drive employee engagement, productivity, and innovation.
