We are currently seeking a Senior Director of Learning and Development to lead and oversee company-wide learning strategy and programs. The successful candidate will partner with key stakeholders and subject matter experts within the organization to analyze, design, develop and evaluate learning and development offerings for the business. We are seeking an entrepreneurial and data-driven candidate to build and implement training tools, measure their impact, and adjust as needed in a fast-paced environment with continuously evolving training needs. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Director of Learning and Development will have responsibility for the strategy, execution and management of our Learning and Development function. We are seeking candidates located in the Denver Metro market open to a hybrid work schedule with travel as needed.
