About The Position

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of different programs throughout Arizona. CBI provides residential, outpatient, inpatient, physical health, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing substance use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness. CBI is the premiere non-profit fully integrated healthcare provider of substance use and behavioral health programs in Arizona, including prevention, education and treatment using cutting-edge, nationally recognized, evidence-based models. The Sr. Manager role is to oversee the Managers and Supervisors as well as the operations for the programs. The Sr. Manager will be responsible for providing guidance and direction for Managers and Supervisors including but not limited to training staff, scheduling staff, ensuring staff have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their job, and ensuring staff adhere to agency policy and procedure. In addition, the Sr. Manager will be participating in staffing and shadowing the staff assigned for quality assurance. The Sr. Manager will be responsible for representing the program and agency, providing coordination between various community partners, assisting with program presentations, and participating in meetings with the funder when determined necessary by the Associate Director. The Sr. Manager will be responsible for obtaining data sets and trackers to complete reports and deliverables timely. The Sr. Manager will assist Associate Director and Director with obtaining or stabilizing grant funding opportunities. The Sr. Manager will be encouraged to build community relationships that foster new or expansion funding opportunities. The Sr. Manager will lead or collaborate on presentations at conferences or requested speaking events. The Sr. Manager will be responsible for program compliance and any annual monitors by various funders. The Sr. Manager will assist Associate Director with keeping policies and procedures streamlined and current based on federal, state, and local policies (or based on contract requirements). This position entails other duties such as Dayforce Maintenance, Scheduling, Timecard Review, PTO Approval, and Disciplinary Review. Staff oversight will include compliance with required patient interactions according to the Arizona Administrative Code (AAC), Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), and Community Bridges Policies and Procedures.

Requirements

  • Highschool diploma or GED required.
  • Current AZ Driver’s License.
  • Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record.
  • Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) in accordance with A.A.C. R9-10-101.33 and CBI Clinical Policies and Procedures.

Nice To Haves

  • Associates Degree or higher in a field related to behavioral health preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a behavioral health setting preferred.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders preferred.
  • Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card preferred.
  • Jail Clearance preferred.
  • Peer Certification preferred.
