Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the Senior Manager of Digital Media will assist in the development and execution of annual marketing plans, integrated communications programs, and strategic initiatives to achieve brand and organizational objectives. The Senior Brand Manager will be a highly strategic, analytical, and results driven leader. They will manage three direct reports, including a Brand Manager of Base Business, a Brand Manager of Shopper Marketing, and an Associate Brand Manager of Base Business. The incumbent will have a strong desire to build and drive in a dynamic and fast paced environment. They will be able to turn ambiguity into clear people, planning, and project management, and will use strong communication skill to drive alignment within and across functions. Furthermore, they will have a strong Brand Management background that will enable them to identify and take action against opportunities for improvement, supporting Juanita’s path to rapid growth.
