About The Position

We’re looking for a strategic Creative Content Leader, D2C with strong agency relationship management experience to shape and elevate how our brand shows up across campaigns, content, and consumer touchpoints. The Senior Manager, Creative Content and Agency Relationships leads the development of high-quality creative content assets and content programs within the Brand, Content & Experience function for the Consumer Business Unit. The role is responsible for translating brand strategy into compelling, on-brand creative and content across campaigns, product launches, evergreen storytelling, and key business initiatives.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of experience in creative content development, content strategy, brand marketing, or agency leadership in D2C
  • Proven success leading creative for integrated campaigns and digital-first environments in D2C
  • Strong agency management experience and comfort providing clear, actionable creative feedback
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate brand direction into compelling content and asset development
  • Strong understanding of creative development processes across digital, social, web, email, and campaign channels for D2C
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation tools
  • Familiarity with creative workflow tools and content planning systems is a plus
  • Ability to balance creative judgment with operational rigor
  • A collaborative mindset and passion for great storytelling

Responsibilities

  • Lead creative content development across campaigns, product launches, and evergreen brand initiatives for D2C
  • Translate brand strategy into impactful creative across digital, social, web, email, video, and paid media
  • Partner with Brand leadership to ensure all creative content output reflects Medela’s brand strategy, visual identity, and tone of voice, D2C
  • Lead content planning and storytelling development across campaigns, product priorities, and key brand moments
  • Own agency relationships, ensuring clear direction, strong collaboration, and high-quality delivery
  • Build scalable creative content frameworks, campaign toolkits, and asset packages for global and local use, D2C
  • Partner cross‑functionally with Brand, Marketing, Digital, Product, and Communications teams
  • Oversee creative workflows from briefing through delivery and continuously improve ways of working
  • Ensure creative consistency, performance alignment, and brand excellence across all touchpoints
