Senior Manager of Brand Marketing

Practice Better
CA$125,000 - CA$135,000Remote

About The Position

Practice Better is seeking a Senior Manager of Brand Marketing to own and build the brand function from the ground up. This role involves defining the company's identity, shaping its voice, developing a content and communication strategy, and executing programs to drive commercial growth. The position requires a strategic thinker who can also execute hands-on, managing a small team and contributing directly to brand initiatives. The company is at an inflection point, with a growing customer base and strong product, but needs to elevate its brand to match its business momentum. This role is crucial for scaling Practice Better's growth beyond 1:1 acquisition into 1:many growth, as brand becomes a force multiplier in reducing customer acquisition cost (CAC), increasing pipeline conversion through trust, and creating defensible differentiation.

  • Comfortable setting brand strategy and reviewing content briefs.
  • Ability to manage people by example (player-coach).
  • Data-literate and able to build a case for brand investment.
