The Senior Manager, MN Finance is responsible in providing the financial oversight and guidance related to the financial activities of both Cedars-Sinai Medical Care Foundation as well as Huntington, Torrance, and affiliated medical groups. In this role, the Sr. Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to management and support the development and implementation of strategic recommendations based on interpretation of metrics and operational performance. The incumbent will manage and coach support staff in the data analysis of existing practices as well financial implementation of new groups. In this role, the Senior Manager will provide guidance and supervision to professional and support staff towards the accomplishment of organizational goal. Responsibilities
