About The Position

Providence is hiring a Finance Manager to support local ministry and entity leadership teams, and may serve on local leadership committees as assigned. This individual-contributor role does not manage staff. The Finance Manager conducts financial analysis and modeling to assess new programs and recommend ways to meet financial goals and budgetary targets. The role also provides analysis for strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting, and develops reports to support process improvements and operational efficiencies. The Finance Manager may serve as a resource to clinical service line leaders. Additional duties may include developing financial plans and budgets, supporting month-end financial statement reviews, and providing other assistance as needed. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related Finance field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five or more years of finance experience.

• Upon hire, Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
• Upon hire, Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) certification.
• Upon hire, Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) designation.

Responsibilities
