About The Position

Providence is seeking a Senior Finance Manager with deep analytical and business-insights expertise to drive financial impact across the organization. The role is part of the System Financial Planning and Analysis team, the central hub for PSJH’s enterprise-wide FP&A processes and insights. The successful candidate will develop a thorough understanding of the business drivers underlying financial results, uncover value, and drive impact. They will work through ambiguity, proactively solve problems, use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and resource allocation, and influence business decisions at the Executive Vice President level. The position starts remotely and transitions to working onsite at Providence facilities in Renton four days per week effective April 2027. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Eight years of closely related finance experience.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business field.
• Upon hire, Certified Public Accountant, HFMS, or FACHE certification.
