This role is responsible for creating and leading the omni-channel execution of seasonal product strategies for key categories. The Senior Manager will leverage sales data, consumer insights, and competitive analysis to monitor performance, inform future development, and optimize assortments, pricing, and inventory productivity. This position requires building and maintaining strong relationships with cross-functional partners, including planning, marketing, e-commerce, wholesale, CX, and consumer insights teams, to influence business objectives and identify product opportunities. The role also involves overseeing end-to-end product lifecycle performance, conducting market and trend research, maintaining competitor knowledge, leading retail price setting, driving new product concepts, and ensuring timely product delivery. Additionally, the Senior Manager will coach and develop an associate merchandiser.
