The Enterprise Comms & MarTech Experiences (ECMX) team is a global organization that sits within Membership Portfolio Services (MPS). It is American Express’ marketing services center of excellence with the charter of powering high quality, efficient, user-centric digital marketing experiences that accelerate business growth through optimized enterprise MarTech & MarOps solutions. You will be joining ECMX’s MarTech organization, focused on providing frictionless, flexible, and flawless marketing and servicing experiences. Reporting to the Director, MarTech AI Product Strategy, this role will help define and scale AI-native ways of working across Product, Marketing, and Operations teams. This is a highly cross-functional role at the intersection of AI transformation, product management, operating model design, and organizational change. You will help move AI initiatives from pilot to enterprise adoption while reimagining how teams discover opportunities, make decisions, build products, and deliver business outcomes using AI. Success in this role requires strong product thinking, operational rigor, and a genuine passion for AI. The ideal candidate actively experiments with emerging technologies and can translate innovation into practical business impact.
