About The Position

REFORM Alliance is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing to be the operational backbone of the Marketing & Communications team. This role is responsible for taking campaigns, content programs, and high-profile moments from concept through delivery without letting anything stall. The Senior Manager will build and run the timelines, workflows, and creative review processes that keep the organization's storytelling, campaigns, and thought leadership moving on schedule. This position will work directly with executives, cross-functional partners, and outside stakeholders on some of the organization's highest-visibility moments. The role is on the Marketing & Communications team and reports directly to the VP, Marketing & Communications.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing program or project management, ideally including planning, timelines, and execution of campaigns from concept through delivery using tools like Google Workspace, Trello, Hootsuite, and others.
  • Demonstrated experience building and managing creative review/approval workflows that keep stakeholders aligned and campaigns on schedule.
  • Track record of developing timelines for creative campaigns, webinars, social media, or high-profile events.
  • Experience supporting or working directly with senior executives on content programs, speaking engagements, or major events, with strong judgment and professionalism under pressure.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment where experimentation and quick response are part of the daily rhythm.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Live within commuting distance of New York City (midtown) and ability to work in-person four (4) days per week.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience writing marketing content such as blog posts, social posts, one-sheets, and Q&A interviews.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end marketing program management: planning, timelines, and execution from concept through delivery across campaigns, webinars, social content, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Build and maintain campaign and program timelines that keep creative, digital, and executive teams aligned and on schedule.
  • Serve as a trusted operational partner for high-profile executives on content programs, speaking engagements, and major events, exercising sound judgment and composure in high-stress, time-sensitive situations.
  • Build and manage structured creative review and approval workflows that move campaigns through stakeholder sign-off quickly and predictably.
  • Partner with design, content, and leadership stakeholders to simplify and speed up internal review cycles without sacrificing quality or brand consistency.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the creative pipeline, proactively flagging timeline risks.
  • Act as the connective tissue across marketing, policy, community engagement, design, content, and executive leadership to keep marketing initiatives moving in lockstep.
  • Coordinate inputs and approvals across teams for campaigns, events, and thought leadership moments, ensuring every stakeholder has what they need, when they need it.
  • Collaborate with subject-matter experts and leadership to translate policy, program, and storytelling priorities into clear, compelling content.
  • Write and produce marketing content, including blog posts, Q&A-style interviews, and other storytelling formats that support campaigns and thought leadership.
