We are seeking a revenue-driven marketing technology leader who will report the Director of Marketing and own/ scale our marketing technology, digital platforms, and marketing data ecosystem across the Memphis Grizzlies family of brands (Grizzlies, FedExForum, Memphis Hustle and Grind City Media). This role is designed for a manager and strategic operator who will have four direct reports (Digital Product Manager, Software Engineer, UI/UX Developer and Marketing Analyst). We are looking for someone who leads a high-performing technical team, sets clear direction, and drives execution. Someone who understands how digital work gets done across websites, mobile apps, integrations, and marketing systems, but their strength is in prioritization, structure, and leadership. The person will ensure our digital ecosystem operates as a connected, high-performing system that drives revenue, conversion, and fan growth. Success in this role will be measured by improvements in revenue, conversion rates, platform performance, and fan growth.
