About The Position

Salesforce is seeking a Sr Manager, Marketing Analytics (Events) to own the portfolio intelligence layer for the global World Tour program. This role evaluates market performance, models footprint scenarios, and synthesizes insights from regional teams, operations, and finance to inform leadership decisions on how the global World Tour portfolio should evolve over time. The role builds and maintains the analytical systems and performance visibility that allow leadership to make informed decisions on market expansion, event rotation, and portfolio optimization.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in Data Analysis & Modeling, including scenario modeling for market expansion and portfolio optimization, regional performance analysis and trend tracking, and identifying underperforming and high-growth markets.
  • Experience in Strategic Planning, including global footprint planning and portfolio intelligence, and multi-source data synthesis for leadership decision-making.
  • Experience in Reporting & Performance Management, including centralized portfolio performance tracking, owning the Global World Tour Portfolio Review cadence, and maintaining an institutional knowledge repository.
  • Experience in Cross-Functional Collaboration, partnering with regional marketing, operations, and finance to ensure consistent data inputs across stakeholders.
  • Strong Communication skills, including presenting insights and scenarios to senior leadership and translating analysis into decision-ready recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Own the analytical modeling that informs the global World Tour footprint, including evaluating market performance, modeling expansion opportunities, identifying underperforming markets, analyzing regional demand signals, and supporting leadership decisions on market rotation and portfolio balance.
  • Prepare data-driven scenarios and recommendations to inform leadership discussions on future markets.
  • Maintain the centralized performance view of the World Tour portfolio, tracking and analyzing attendance trends, pipeline influence indicators, regional performance comparisons, year-over-year market trends, and market growth or decline signals.
  • Provide leadership with a consistent and reliable view of portfolio health.
  • Build and maintain the institutional knowledge base for the World Tour portfolio, including historical and current data on market attendance performance, pipeline influence signals, regional demand indicators, operational capacity considerations, and financial performance signals.
  • Develop scenario models that support leadership decisions on expanding into new markets, rotating or reevaluating existing cities, adjusting portfolio balance, and identifying emerging market opportunities.
  • Own the cadence and preparation of the Global World Tour Portfolio Review, providing leadership with regular visibility into overall portfolio health, regional performance comparisons, emerging demand signals, underperforming markets, and potential footprint adjustments.
  • Partner closely with regional marketing teams, World Tour operations, and Finance and accounting to ensure consistent data inputs and alignment across the portfolio.
  • Present insights and scenarios to senior leadership and translate analysis into decision-ready recommendations.
