The Manager of Retail and Events is responsible for organizing lead-generating retail and consumer events in 3 Markets: Philadelphia, New York & New Jersey. This role involves identifying retail and event opportunities, developing scripts and collateral, and managing retail and event staff, including their hours and productivity. The manager will identify and schedule events such as Home Shows and State Fairs, staffing them with a team to generate quality appointments for the sales force. Responsibilities include interviewing, training, teaching, and coaching a team of promoters through consistent field visits to retail partners and events.
