About The Position

Upside is hiring a Senior Manager, Lifecycle Program Enablement to lead lifecycle marketing quality and program delivery. The role owns the quality of lifecycle strategy, messaging, and creative across Growth workstreams, while managing the programs, workflows, capacity, and team that turn briefs into campaigns. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic and creative coach to the lifecycle team, lead Programs & Tactical Build Support and the contractor and agent bench, and champion AI-assisted workflows that help a lean team work more effectively. This is a leadership position with minimal hands-on platform work. It requires enough fluency in Braze or comparable marketing engagement platforms to review builds and assess execution; technical platform ownership remains with the Director, Platform & Operations, and MarTech. The role reports to the Director of Lifecycle Marketing and acts as their operating partner and #2 on marketing programs. The position is hybrid and based in Upside’s Washington, DC or New York City office. In-office attendance is required Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, and may increase based on project needs and changes to the company’s in-office policy. The full-time role offers a base salary range of $165,000–$178,000 in NYC or $150,000–$162,000 in Washington, DC, plus equity and benefits.

  • Demonstrated ability to coach teams to improve copy, creative, and campaign strategy.
  • Exceptional organization and program/project management skills across concurrent campaigns and stakeholders.
  • Working fluency in a modern marketing engagement platform such as Braze, Iterable, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud, sufficient to read a build, understand capabilities, and assess execution.

  • Data-informed, test-and-learn approach to messaging and creative.
