We’re Looking For A(n): Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing & CRM Strategy to scale the lifecycle marketing engine across a portfolio of pet brands, this role will own the strategy and performance of evergreen email and SMS lifecycle programs, with a focus on improving retention, repeat purchase behavior, winback, replenishment, and customer lifetime value. The role will also lead the CRM strategy by serving as the organization’s subject matter expert in Klaviyo and Attentive, supporting cross-functional teams by translating customer data, platform capabilities, and business needs into scalable CRM solutions. This is a player-coach role in the near term, with the expectation that the role becomes increasingly strategic as the team and function mature.
