The Senior Manager, Learning & Development is accountable for defining and executing the enterprise-wide talent and leadership development strategy, aligned to the organization’s business priorities and long-term growth objectives. This role leads the design, delivery, and continuous evolution of learning and leadership programs that build interpersonal capability, strengthen leadership pipelines, and foster a high-performance, strengths-based culture. As a strategic partner to senior leaders and HR, the Senior Manager, Learning & Development, provides thought leadership on talent development, leveraging data, insights, and external guidelines to drive measurable business outcomes. The role oversees the organization’s Learning Management System (LMS), vendor partnerships, and enterprise development initiatives. This position operates with a high degree of autonomy and influence, serving as the organization’s subject matter expert in talent and leadership development and ensuring alignment with broader enterprise priorities.
