The Senior Manager, Learning & Development (Instructional Design) contributes to the overall success of the Compliance Learning team as it relates to specific individual goals, plans, and initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Activities conducted follow governing regulations, internal policies and procedures. The Senior Manager, Learning & Development is accountable for the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of enterprise compliance learning solutions, leveraging advanced instructional design methodologies, digital learning technologies, and data-driven insights to create impactful, scalable learning experiences. This role ensures that all learning interventions are aligned to defined performance outcomes, regulatory expectations, and business priorities. This role will also contributes to the development of a Compliance Risk Management Academy, learning plans and programs for a global audience. The Senior Manager, Learning & Development is a strategic business partner that is proactive at identifying learning needs and driving learning programs that build compliance skills and competencies required to support the future ready upskilling of compliance employees.
