About The Position

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Laboratory Operations to oversee daily laboratory operations, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain quality standards, and lead high-performing laboratory teams. The role requires strong technical expertise in high-volume, high-complexity laboratory testing and proven leadership experience.

The position is onsite in DeLand, Florida. The schedule is Tuesday through Friday, plus one Saturday every 12 weeks. The stated annual salary range is $108,971–$156,957, with a $10,000 retention bonus and a $15,000 annual bonus. Relocation assistance is available.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or a related science.
• At least 5 years of laboratory leadership experience.
• Active Florida Supervisor License in Microbiology.
• ASCP Medical Technologist certification/registry or equivalent.
• Experience managing high-volume, high-complexity laboratory operations.
• Strong knowledge of CAP/CLIA regulations and laboratory quality assurance.
• Experience leading laboratory teams and managing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily laboratory operations, workflow, and performance.
• Manage laboratory supervisors and frontline teams.
• Ensure CAP, CLIA, and other regulatory compliance.
• Lead quality assurance and process improvement initiatives.
• Monitor operational metrics, staffing, and productivity.
• Mentor team members and support leadership succession planning.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
