As a senior manager at Starbucks, you will lead international marketing strategy and integration efforts that bring clarity, consistency, and impact to our brand across 88 global markets. This highly cross-functional role is responsible for developing program implementation strategies and supporting toolkits that enable international success across a broad range of global marketing initiatives, including but not limited to Global Seasonal Campaigns, Global Partnerships and Global Brand Identity and Narratives. You will establish standards and best practices for the development, launch, and optimization of Starbucks marketing programs—balancing proven global learnings with the flexibility required to ensure strong local market relevance and executional excellence. You will also play a critical role in shaping and delivering international stakeholder communication frameworks, including communications planning, internal communications, functional knowledge sharing, and the creation of compelling meeting materials and presentations. Acting as a trusted advisor to regional and company‑operated markets, you will provide guidance, feedback, support, and advocacy while driving regional input and alignment on key global initiatives.
