The Internal Audit Group (IAG) Learning and Development (L&D) team provides internal training to colleagues, in accordance with an established annual training plan. The trainings vary in nature between soft-skill and technical skill, with an emphasis on audit methodology and specific audit technical skills and are facilitated both in person and virtually. IAG is seeking an experienced internal auditor for the role of Senior Manager, L&D, to design, develop, and facilitate audit methodology training to IAG colleagues and new hires, while also leading the continuous enhancement of learning programs that strengthen the capabilities of the Internal Audit Group organization. Reporting to the Director – Learning and Development, this role will partner with audit leadership, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to deliver comprehensive learning that supports audit excellence, regulatory expectations, and organizational priorities.
