About The Position

Join LSEG’s Group Corporate Development and Integration Management team to help deliver its inorganic growth strategy. The Senior Manager, Integration leads complex integrations across the Group, partnering with senior business executives, functional leaders and acquired-company teams to achieve the intended commercial, operational and strategic outcomes of transactions. The role spans the full integration lifecycle: defining integration strategy and target operating models, planning and executing integration activity, and realising deal value. It involves aligning teams around priorities and decisions, managing dependencies, and monitoring delivery against business cases and KPIs. The Senior Manager leads the Integration Management Office and supports organisational change and cultural integration. The role also helps strengthen LSEG’s integration capability by improving the integration playbook, governance model, tools and ways of working, and by mentoring colleagues and supporting resource planning. It provides exposure to wider Corporate Development work, including assessing potential M&A opportunities and supporting transaction execution.

Requirements

Substantial experience leading complex M&A integrations.
Experience across integration strategy, operating models, planning, execution, synergies and value realisation.
Strong commercial judgement and experience interpreting business cases, financial models, budgets and performance measures.
Experience leading cross-functional and global teams and working with senior business leaders.
Experience with acquisitions and divestitures, external advisers and senior governance forums.
Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to turn complex information into practical recommendations.
Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills for financial analysis and senior-level reporting.
A degree or equivalent professional experience.

An MBA, Master’s degree, PMP or similar qualification.

Responsibilities

Lead integration strategy, planning and execution through to value realisation.
Develop target operating models and integration plans, with clear ownership across teams.
Identify and track revenue and cost synergies with Finance and business teams.
Monitor delivery against the business case and KPIs, addressing emerging risks or variances.
Provide senior leaders with updates on progress, value realisation and decisions required.
Lead the Integration Management Office and oversee integration plans, budgets, risks, dependencies and key decisions.
Coordinate activity across business and corporate functions.
Lead workshops, steering committee meetings and decision sessions.
Resolve cross-functional issues and provide practical recommendations when decisions are needed.
Manage external advisers, including their scope, quality and costs.
Support communication and change activity throughout integrations.
Build relationships across LSEG and acquired businesses to help teams work through competing priorities.
Mentor and support colleagues working on integration programmes.
Help plan internal and external resources across transactions.
Develop the integration playbook, tools and approaches using lessons from previous deals.
Support wider Corporate Development work, including assessing potential M&A opportunities and supporting transaction execution.
