Your Opportunity, Your Team As the Senior Manager of Influencer Marketing, you will lead and innovate QVC and HSN's Influencer/Affiliate TikTok program and scaling partnerships to drive growth. You will collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams, translating corporate objectives into actionable influencer initiatives that seamlessly integrate with broader marketing and business strategies. Where You'll Work This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at West Chester, PA several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA, DE, or NJ. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent business experience in the marketing industry with strength in Social media platforms
  • 8+ years of experience in executing social media strategies that align with business goals

Responsibilities

  • Own the comprehensive influencer marketing strategy, leveraging data for decision-making to drive business growth across QVC and HSN.
  • Establish, build, and maintain relationships with influencers (200K+ network) and critical publishers, negotiating enterprise deals to strengthen the program.
  • Manage a multi-million dollar budget, identify opportunities for growth, communicate forecasts, and significant updates to senior leadership, while ensuring alignment with channel calendars and brand standards.
  • Research and test new business opportunities, liaise with the Marketing Account Manager for QVC Group, and partner with influencer networks to stay informed on industry trends and best practices.
  • Launch, own and optimize affiliate loyalty program to drive incremental sales and retention.
  • Lead and develop a team of 3-4 full-time employees.
  • Oversee agency contributions to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Facilitate regular syncs with TikTok, maintaining an active role in weekly affiliate/influencer meetings with key stakeholders.
