Our team is responsible for enabling our partners’ success through easy access to payment technology, fraud monitoring, and compliance platforms. This role requires a leader who can anchor bold, innovative ideas in sound business strategy, ensuring measurable results across channels. The ideal candidate has experience driving holistic campaigns at scale—delivering significant reach, engagement, and revenue or fundraising impact—while overseeing end-to-end creative production, including motion, 3D, and digital content ecosystems. This individual will bring a strong pedigree of partnering with enterprise-level brands and stakeholders, demonstrating the ability to operate within complex, fast-paced environments. Core competencies include exceptional communication and stakeholder alignment, process optimization for high-volume creative output, and the ability to seamlessly bridge physical product storytelling with immersive digital experiences. The Experience Design team at Capital One is at the forefront of enriching our customers’ digital and physical experiences and we are passionate about creating memorable, meaningful product experiences that build the Capital One brand with humanity and drive business advantage and innovation. We champion a thriving environment of collaboration, authenticity and healthy critique, in which we honor diversity of thought, create a culture of belonging, and elevate one another.
