About The Position

The Senior Manager II, Site Engineer - Supply Chain, leads strategic partnerships within the Distribution Center to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement. The team develops tools to enhance project analytics and operational efficiency, provides training support, and ensures alignment with business goals while managing organizational change. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field and 4 years’ experience in Continuous Improvement work or related area OR 6 years’ experience in Engineering, Continuous Improvement work or related area.
4 years’ experience leading teams.
Knowledge and application of a functioning Quality Management System elements (for example, Statistical Process Control, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, Quality Key Performance Indicators).
Demonstrated project ownership resulting in sustainable, long term savings.
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic partnerships with site leadership to drive end-to-end improvements within the Distribution Center.
Manage and balance workloads of Process Quality Engineers to support network and site-specific projects.
Apply continuous improvement methodologies such as Root Cause Analysis, Six Sigma, and Statistical Process Control to eliminate losses and sustain process enhancements.
Support Daily Management System reviews by analyzing performance metrics and implementing corrective actions.
Drive execution of business plans by identifying operational needs, removing barriers, and adjusting priorities to meet performance standards.
Mentor and develop associates to build high-performing teams aligned with company values and ethics.
Evaluate and improve operational plans and initiatives to enhance efficiency.
