About The Position

As Senior Manager, Operations Improvement, you’ll lead multiple, high-visibility improvement initiatives that simplify how work gets done and strengthen performance across the business. You’ll translate customer and operational needs into clear plans, remove barriers, and drive measurable results through strong governance, change leadership, and cross-functional partnership. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, enabling scalable improvements. About Supply Chain Supply Chain is responsible for moving product through our network to serve customers with speed, accuracy, and consistency. Within SCIL, the Operations Improvement team focuses on making processes simpler, more executable, and easier to sustain—supported by clear standards, tools, and communication. This role helps ensure programs and processes land well in the business, drive behavior change, and improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness over time.

Requirements

Experience leading multiple concurrent projects with strong governance, stakeholder updates, and risk management
Demonstrated ability to simplify processes using data, establish standards, and drive sustainable rollouts
Proven change leadership skills, including influencing behavior adoption and resolving post-implementation issues
Strength in content/tool management (templates, resources, intranet content) with a focus on quality and governance
People leadership experience (selection, coaching, performance management, recognition) in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and 3 years’ experience in retail operations, content development, project management, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in retail operations, content development, project management, or related area.
