About The Position

This position manages the development and improvement of operational tools, reports, and customer-facing functionality by providing direction and input on project requirements, subject matter expertise, and solutions for complex problems. It also manages work streams for the operations organization, including designing project plans, leading teams, analyzing initiatives, and recommending operational processes. The role provides decision support by analyzing and interpreting data, conducting analyses of initiatives, and translating data into recommendations. Additionally, it supervises and manages associates and leaders, trains export associates on shipment processes and documentation, and demonstrates up-to-date expertise in developing and executing action plans. The role models compliance with company policies and procedures, acts with integrity, serves customers by delivering results, and strives for excellence by displaying curiosity and driving continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, Financial Management, Logistics, or related field and 1 year’s experience in logistics, supply chain management, human resources, finance or related area OR 3 years’ experience in logistics, supply chain management, human resources, finance, or related area.

Responsibilities

  • Manages the development and improvement of new or existing operational tools, reports, and customer-facing functionality.
  • Manages one or more work streams for the operations organization.
  • Provides decision support by analyzing and interpreting data and information.
  • Supervises and manages associates and leaders in assigned area of responsibility.
  • Identifies and tracks export shipment data.
  • Trains export associates on shipment process and documentation required by carriers and governmental agencies.
  • Demonstrates uptodate expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans.
  • Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
