About The Position

The Senior Manager, Home Health Intake Systems & Performance serves as the enterprise platform owner and operational performance partner for a critical intake system supporting care delivery across 32 states. This role sits at the intersection of data, operations, and technology — owning platform integrity and vendor governance while serving as a trusted management partner to intake directors and regional leaders. This leader translates what the field experiences into system and process action, uses data to tell the operational story, and drives practical improvements that remove barriers to intake performance. As comfortable in a conversation with a field director as with a technology partner, this role bridges operational reality and platform capability to deliver measurable, sustained results. Travel required approximately 20–30%.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Analytics, or related field preferred.
  • 5–7 years of experience in healthcare operations, performance management, analytics, or related roles.
  • Experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions using business intelligence tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with operational leaders to diagnose performance gaps and drive improvement at both the system and workflow level.
  • Ability to analyze operational performance trends, compute rates and percentages, and interpret data across multiple sources to identify performance gaps and opportunities.
  • Capable of evaluating the ROI and operational impact of platform enhancements and process changes.
  • Translates data into a clear operational story rather than reporting numbers in isolation.
  • Ability to prepare executive-ready presentations, performance summaries, and structured recommendations for operational leaders.
  • Equally skilled at working alongside frontline intake directors and presenting to senior leadership.
  • Comfortable translating technical platform concepts for operational audiences and operational realities for technology partners.
  • Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage ongoing platform performance, prioritize enhancements based on operational value, and own vendor relationships through structured governance.
  • Applies structured problem-solving and sound operational judgment to identify and lead practical improvements — without reliance on formal methodology.
  • Builds credibility with field leaders through follow-through and genuine partnership.
  • A professional presence that influences desired results with both external and internal stakeholders.
  • Adaptable to evolving operational and system environments.
