About The Position

Harper Auto Wash is a fast-growing luxury car wash platform looking for a hands-on marketing leader to own sales conversion, customer retention, local brand presence, and new-location ramp-up. This role owns the practical connection between marketing and revenue. Key areas include campaigns, CRM, driveway sales messaging, customer communication, reputation, local partnerships, signage, content, and reporting.

Requirements

5 or more years in marketing, growth, sales enablement, retail, hospitality, automotive, local services, or membership/subscription businesses
Experience with CRM, email, SMS, social media, local marketing, reputation management, and campaign reporting
Strong project management and communication skills
Strong creative judgment with copy, design, offers, signage, and customer-facing messaging
Comfortable owning results, not just activity
Valid driver's license
Ability to pass a drug screening

Experience with car wash, Rinsed, DRB/Patheon, fleet programs, loyalty programs, or multi-location businesses
