The GOSC Data Management team owns the Governance, Quality, and Business Processes around Data for functional areas across Global Operations & Supply Chain (GOSC). This role specifically focuses on Procure to Pay / Source to Pay, leading this area for Global Supply Management. Master Data is central to running and advancing the business, turning "Data into Action" and generating actionable insights for key business decisions. As the Sr. Manager - Data Management, you will lead and drive master data and transactional data quality and governance that impact day-to-day operations, intelligence, and decisions throughout Global Operations & Supply Chain. You will lead a team of Data Analysts and drive best-in-class business processes for specific data domains and objects, collaborating with data owners in the business. Common goals include data quality, process improvements, and overall data management game changers across global and local GOSC teams. The data scope includes Supply Chain and Supply Management (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Detailed Scheduling, Outbound Logistics, Inbound Logistics, Warehouse Management, Order Fulfillment, Order Management) and Global Operations (Engineering, Capacity Management, Manufacturing, Shop Floor, Quality Inspection, Digital Transformation). You will also manage a portfolio of projects, activities, and process improvements to deliver a best-in-class data experience for patients and customers across GOSC.
